Kenneth leads Shopee Mall in Malaysia by working closely with international and local Brands to grow their online presence and sales in e-commerce. He also works closely on all mega campaigns in Shopee to ensure both brands and shoppers have a meaningful online selling and buying experience.Before joining the exciting space of e-commerce, Kenneth did management consulting globally and also spent multiple years as an engineer in the energy sector. He is glad to be fully based back home in Kuala Lumpur as he looks forward to contributing towards the growth of Malaysia’s digital economy.

William Kusuma is the Head of Mall Partnership of Gojek Group. He joined Gojek in 2019, and focuses on building and integrating mall partners across Indonesia with the Gojek ecosystem. William oversees the Mall Partnership team, which helps to identify and curate solutions that help malls to bring in traffic, increase customer transactions during visits and keep customers coming back.
Prior to joining Gojek, William was the Head of Strategic Partnership at SPOTS, a POS platform company in Gojek that helps small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow their businesses. During his time at SPOTS, he helped the company grow its customer base to more than 60,000 SMBs across Indonesia. He previously also held several senior management positions at NadiPOS since its inception to the point it was acquired by Gojek in 2018.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of East London.
